Solutions for SAW welding
By the start of this year Wire Wizard introduced a new type of conduit, the
FC-XH-LW with a 10mm inside diameter. Together with the other specialiced products this conduit really brought an advance for the Submerged Arc Welding industry.
With this large inside diameter of 10mm this conduit makes it possible to feed large wires like 4mm solid wire over a 
hugh distance. Distances of 10 to 15 meters are no problem. In combination with the Pneumatic feed assist it is even possible to bridge distances up to 30 meter. For a lot of SAW installations this means that it for the first time its possible to use drums in stead of 25Kg spool. In this way the downtime of the installation is reduced to a minimum.
